We, the Zappendorf sausage makers, produce fresh sausage and snack specialties daily using traditional methods – from regional ingredients and meat sourced from farmers in Saxony-Anhalt. Completely natural, without any artificial additives.
Now in its second generation, our business is run with passion. Just like in grandma’s day, everything is freshly prepared in our kitchen, lovingly packaged, and made with love.
Early in the morning, our specialties leave our production facility and are delivered to over 30 branches in Halle, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Gera, and Erfurt. For maximum freshness, all production steps are perfectly coordinated – around the clock.
