OUR INITIATIVES

• Bees on the premises: We operate five beehives on our grounds to promote local biodiversity and contribute to environmental protection.
• Energy efficiency: By using state-of-the-art technologies and sustainable practices, we reduce our energy consumption and minimize our ecological footprint.
• Waste management: We rely on a comprehensive recycling and waste management system to conserve resources and protect the environment.
• Waterless urinals: Our waterless urinals help conserve valuable water resources.
• LED lighting: We have converted the entire building to LED lighting to further reduce energy consumption and ensure sustainable lighting.
• Green roof: Our green roof improves air quality, promotes biodiversity, and serves as natural insulation.
• Electric vehicle charging stations: Two charging stations for electric vehicles are available to support environmentally friendly modes of transportation.
• Sustainability events: We regularly organize events such as Environmental Day to inform and inspire visitors.
• Social commitment: We support local projects such as the NABU (German Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union) to make a positive contribution to the community.
